It's great for taking notes or completing subtasks within plans. However, I want to integrate my planner app and files/OneDrive so that I can use it with Excel and Word during meetings. I must swipe to my bucket each time I open the app. It's difficult to switch between buckets. It resets the start of the list when you return to the home screen. It is important to have an objective view of the entire project process in order to prioritize what must be done first.Įxcellent application. It is invaluable for the various components involved in creating and releasing an album. This is a must-have tool for project managers. It syncs seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, allowing you to assign tasks and keep track of due dates. This app is a great tool to track and plot all of the little tasks that make up a large project. This takes a long time to do and requires additional steps.
It is frustrating, however, that an email cannot be linked to a task directly by linking it via email. This program seems great and offers many options to the standard Microsoft Office 365 business platform. I find it difficult to keep track of which tabs are open on my browser. The lack of a desktop application is also a problem. Although integration with Teams and across devices works well, it could be easier with the former. The interface isn't intuitive and fluid, and the absence of dark modes is always disappointing. Users who are new to the site may have difficulty finding plans and can create a blank plan instead. Although the interface is simple, it could have been more thorough. Outlook Calendar doesn't sync up with the schedule. It is used for project tracking every day. There are other applications that I think work much better.
